IoT-Based Smart Alert System for Drowsy Driver Detection

In current years, drowsy driver detection is the most necessary procedure to prevent any road accidents, probably worldwide. The aim of this study was construct a smart alert technique for building intelligent vehicles that can automatically avoid impairment. But drowsiness natural phenomenon in human body happens due different factors. Hence, it required design robust system cause mishap. proposed paper, we address has been developed using such which Video Stream Processing (VSP) analyzed by eye blink concept through an Eye Aspect Ratio (EAR) and Euclidean distance eye. Face landmark algorithm also used as proper way detection. When driver’s fatigue detected, IoT module issues warning message along with impact collision location information, thereby alerting help voice speaking Raspberry Pi monitoring system.
